Si amás la pasta fresca, este lugar es una joya en Gandia. Lo llevan dos italianos que saben lo que hacen, y se nota en cada elaboración. Los tallarines son una locura: frescos, suaves, con ese punto justo que solo logran los que nacieron entre harina y tradición. Sin dudas, la mejor pasta de la zona.

Pasta italiana 100% fresca per emportar de molt bona qualitat. Molta varietat de pasta, així com raviolis farcits, gnocchis, tagliatelle... Tot acabat de fer! I si no disposa d'algun producte, t'ho fan al moment en 10 minuts. Un lloc més que recomanable.
